Letting Go of the Old and Embracing the New

Today I am really excited to share with you the transformation I have experienced with my business. Niso has FINALLY rebranded after so many years and this has been life-changing for me. It has been a beautiful experience of consciously letting go of what no longer reflects the life and person I am today.

Why did I decide to rebrand Niso?

Life has taught me that everything is energy. To become whole is committing to “the work” where every day you choose to heal your mind, heart, body and soul.

The truth is if you want to grow, you have to be willing to let go. Growth never comes without loss. The loss of friends, hobbies, careers, the person you once were. What I’ve learnt is that growth gifts you these humble teachings:

  • Change is the only constant in life.
  • Your breath is your life force and connection to the ‘now’.
  • Healing is a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual experience.
  • Being kind to yourself and knowing that you are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress simultaneously.

I am so proud of what I have allowed to come through and the person I am becoming. I believe each ‘mistake’ is simply a lesson waiting to be discovered in the right time, place and sequence. I now know to ‘trust the process’ and stay in the flow.

As I write this first blog reflecting on my past experiences in the health and wellness space, I realise everything I have gone through has shaped me to confidently step into the role of Holistic Transformation Coach. I am grateful for the self-belief and autonomy I have in my work and this helps me better serve my clients, students and fellow teachers in this ever-changing global landscape.

The more that you become comfortable with the uncomfortable, then the pathways to move forward, transform and transcend appear. Niso’s new website is a reflection of me reaching out to a broader audience of coaching clients, online students, new and existing teachers as well as corporate workplaces who are seeking direction on everything ‘wellness’.

My experience of a total rebrand has been liberating. It has encouraged me to own my intention, then go out in the world with my toolkit and intuition as well as the support of my heart-centred clients, students, colleagues, friends and family who authentically want to see the best version of me come to life.

I hope you are inspired by my rebranding story and if you are at the stage where you KNOW you need to jump into the uncomfortable so you can grow, I give you permission to do so, because, although the journey was incredibly difficult, it’s so worth it.

Did you know I have a podcast?

Before I go, I would love to let you know that I have a podcast on this very topic on rebranding and letting go of the old. This episode is super short but I hope you get inspired by it. Click here to join me on the “You Had It In You All Along” podcast now!

Much Love, Gratitude and Living xx
